Billing FAQ
How do I pay? Bank transfer. We issue an annual invoice with all relevant details.
What do teacher accounts cost? Nothing. Teachers are included unlimited in every Plus and Pro licence — billing is by student count only.
What happens to deleted students? Deleted students become self-learners; if unused they are removed according to our privacy policy.
Austria
Ordering as a freely chosen teaching aid
Austrian schools may spend up to 15 % of their textbook budget on freely chosen teaching aids — the Plus version of Typewriter is approved for this.
Ordering runs directly via the admin area: pick the licence package, select e-invoice as the payment method and enter the order-reference data (EKG: UEW-P; SKZ NNNNNN). The invoice arrives in the admin inbox automatically and can be released after review.
