1. Principles
We process personal data only insofar as it is necessary to operate the learning platform or where consent has been given. We act in line with the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act.
2. Legal basis & data collection
Data is collected for: self-learners, class users, the contact form, visitors, newsletter recipients and contracting partners.
3. What we never do with your data
We do not sell data. We do not rent data. We do not pass data to advertising networks.
4. Withdrawal, access, deletion
You can request access to your data, ask for correction, deletion or transfer, or object to processing. Accounts are deleted automatically once they have not been signed in to for 28 months. Where we hold a usable e-mail address we notify you two months beforehand; for accounts created by a teacher and holding no address of their own, we notify the teacher instead. A single sign-in before that date keeps the account. On deletion the username, first and last name, e-mail address and password are removed irreversibly.
5. Data processors
We only engage data processors within the EU/EEA. Article 28 GDPR contracts are in place.

8. Other & anonymisation
Contracting partners receive access to their contract. We offer different anonymisation options for student accounts that are no longer needed.
